Organized by Asharqia Chamber under the patronage of the Prince
of the Eastern Province mid of December
The Productive Families Exhibition (Sanati 2016), organized by Asharqia
Chamber under the patronage of His Royal Highness
Prince "Saud bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz," the Prince of the Eastern
Province on Tuesday 13 and continues through Saturday December 17 with the
participation of 250 families, in "Dhahran Expo" Center .
The Secretary General of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel
confirmed the qualifying of the families participating through an intensive
training program in preparation for participation in the exhibition where the
program prepares them to an advanced
stage and high standards in dealing with their crafts and their products
through the presentation and arts marketing and preparing sections, pointing to
the importance of these preparatory programs, as a basis in the chamber plan
towards the establishment of productive families exhibition "Sanati
2016", according to the methodology basis in achieving continuity and
success, noting that the Chamber intends to implement a number of issues
related to the improvement, qualifying and development of the skills of
families, centers and associations participating in the exhibition before
starting training programs.
Al Wabel said that the exhibition will present through the participating families
four main specialties that are: crafts, handicrafts and decoration,
fashion, clothes and sewing supplies, perfume and incense, seafood, desserts,
coffee and spices.
Al Wabel pointed that the Chamber is currently working on appointing the spots
of the productive families their specified
sections inside the exhibition by category as well as the allocation of a
number of small wings for the small trader.

Chamber recently ended its training programs within
the preparations for the launch of the exhibition, targeting 280 families
registered in the list of participants in the exhibition.
The families joined as groups in the two programs held
on different dates, the first titled "my investment in my craft.. from
the hobby to professionalism" and the second titled "Methods and
performing arts and equipping sections with professionalism," the aim of
training and qualification of productive families participating in the
exhibition before the launching, with the development of their literal toward
providing their products more professional manner, and also train them on how
they are marketing their products to increase sales, to know the basis of the
business successful skills, and the work plan, and the realization of the needs
of the client, and the acquisition of a successful project is the establishment
of skills.
It is worth mentioning that the organization of the exhibition comes within the
framework of the Chamber continuous
support for projects, programs and events that goes in accordance with the
national efforts to improve a sector that has an advanced features of progress,
with a great value added to the national economy, the productive families sector
plays a major role in getting rid of unemployment, reducing the demand for governmental
jobs, in addition to its role in the reduction of the poverty of these families
and transform them from of the recipients families to productive families.
